  • Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a printing error on my end. If a low-quality image is uploaded and prints poorly, I can’t be held responsible.

  • Colors may vary from screen to print due to different displays and printer settings. Exact color matching is not guaranteed.

  • Fine details and thin lines may not print clearly. Small, intricate designs near the edges may also be affected during the cutting process.

  • Your background will be printed as uploaded! If your logo has a background, it will be printed that way. If you upload a transparent background, it will print with a white background by default.

  • High-quality files are essential! Please upload a PNG or PDF in the best resolution possible. Screenshots and low-resolution images do not print well.

  • Not sure? Request a sample! If you’re unsure how your design will print, a sample sheet is highly recommended before placing a large order.

  • Once production begins, cancellations aren’t possible. If you need to make changes, please reach out ASAP!
