How can I request a quote?

Do you offer design services, or do I need to provide my own artwork?
Yes! I offer design add-ons for our most popular products, which you'll find within each listing. Need something custom? No problem! Email me at info@hoppitydesigns.co.uk for a quote and I'll get creating!
What file formats do you accept for printing?
We accept PNG, JPEG, PDF, PSD, AI, and SVG—but for the best results, we recommend high-quality PNG, SVG, or PDF files.
Can you match specific colours in my logo or branding?
Absolutely! Just send me your HEX or RGB codes, and I’ll make sure your colors are spot on. Don’t know the codes? No worries! If you provide a clear image of your logo or branding, I can match the colors from there.
Do you offer samples before I place a full order?
Yes! You can order a small quantity—like a single sheet of stickers—to test things out. If you need a sample of something more specific, just email info@hoppitydesigns.co.uk, and I’ll be happy to help!
What's the difference between printing and embroidery?
Printed clothing means I print directly onto a special film, which is then heat-pressed onto the fabric. This method is way more durable than traditional heat transfer vinyl and, when properly cared for, lasts much longer. The best part? Full-colour designs! Unlike embroidery or vinyl, printing lets me create vibrant, detailed designs with no color limits.
Embroidery, on the other hand, stitches the design directly into the fabric, making it the most durable option. It won’t crack, peel, or fade and can handle wash after wash—lasting as long as the garment itself!
Can you print or embroider on customer-supplied clothing?
Yes, I can! However, this is done at your own risk, as not all fabrics or garments are suitable for embroidery or printing. If you’d like me to work with your own clothing, just send me an email at info@hoppitydesigns.co.uk, and I’ll be happy to discuss your options on a case-by-case basis.
What's the best printing method for long-lasting results?
I always recommend embroidery! It lasts as long as the clothing does, looks far more professional, and you don’t have to stress about tumble drying it. While the upfront cost is a little higher, it’s totally worth it in the long run.
Do you offer eco-friendly or sustainable printing options?
Right now, I offer DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing and embroidery. Here’s how they compare:
- DTF Printing: While not fully biodegradable, DTF printing produces far less waste than screen printing or vinyl, making it a more eco-conscious choice.
- Embroidery: This is the most sustainable option! Since it’s just stitching with thread, there’s less plastic waste, and no harsh chemicals are involved.

How long does it take to complete an order?
I always do my best to get your order completed as quickly as possible! Most orders are ready within 3-5 working days, but sometimes it might take a little longer, depending on what you’ve ordered and how busy I am. If you’re in a rush, just email me at info@hoppitydesigns.co.uk before ordering, and I’ll see what I can do to speed things up!
Can I get a rush order if I need something urgently?
Most of the time—yes! But it depends on what you need, how much you need, and how quickly you need it. Stock availability can also play a part. If you’re in a pinch, just drop me an email to info@hoppitydesigns.co.uk, and I’ll do my best to make it happen!
Do you post orders, or do I need to pick them up?
All orders are sent via Royal Mail 24hr or 48hr Tracked, so they’ll reach you quickly and safely! On occasion, collection may be possible, and I can also offer local delivery in Boston, Lincolnshire. If you’re unsure, just ask!
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes! I do ship internationally, but at the moment, I’m unable to post to the EU or Ireland 😢 Hopefully, this will change in the future!
How is pricing determined for my order?
Prices are based on stock costs, equipment, production time, and other materials. I always aim to keep my prices fair while ensuring top-quality products!
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes! My pricing is tiered, so the more you order, the lower the price per item. Most listings already reflect bulk pricing, but if you don’t see the exact quantity you need, just email me at info@hoppitydesigns.co.uk, and I’ll sort out a bespoke quote for you!
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely through the website using your card, PayPal, or bank transfer. If you prefer bank transfer, just email me before placing your order so I can send you the details.
Do you require a deposit or full payment upfront?
I always require full payment upfront. This keeps everything simple and ensures we’re on the same page from the start—plus, it means less admin for both of us!
Can I reorder a previous design?
Absolutely! I love reorders! When placing your order through a listing, you’ll see an option asking if you’re reordering—just select the right choice, and I’ll take care of the rest!
Can I make changes to my design after placing an order?
Yes, but you must let me know within an hour of ordering. After that, I can’t guarantee changes, as your order might already be in production. If you need to make a change, email info@hoppitydesigns.co.uk with your order number and the details of what you’d like to update.
Do you offer personalised items, such as individual names on clothing or business cards?
Most of my items are personalised anyway, but if you have a specific request—whether it's names, custom details, or something extra special—just email me at info@hoppitydesigns.co.uk, and we’ll chat about what’s possible!
What happens if I'm not happy with my order?
If you’re not happy, please let me know within 14 days of receiving your order. If an item is damaged or incorrect, I’ll offer a replacement rather than a refund to make sure you get exactly what you ordered!
Can I see a proof before printing?
Yes, but only if you request it at the time of ordering. Proofs aren’t provided as standard due to the volume of orders I handle. This also applies for branded clothing. However, if I’m designing something for you, you’ll always receive a proof before printing!
