🖼️ How It Works

Just upload your logo when ordering and I’ll do the rest! I recommend sending a high-resolution image file (preferably PNG, PDF, or SVG) for the cleanest print possible. If I notice anything that needs adjusting for better results, I’ll reach out before starting production.

🧼 Care Instructions

Keep your stamp in great condition by wiping gently with a slightly damp cloth between uses. Avoid soaking in water or using harsh cleaners.

⚠️ Important Things to Know Before Ordering!

I want you to love your stamp, so please keep the following in mind:

🔸 Custom orders are non-refundable unless there’s a clear printing or manufacturing error on my end.
🔸 Colors may vary depending on the ink pad you use and the surface you’re stamping on.
🔸 Fine lines and tiny details may not stamp clearly, especially at smaller sizes. I may need to simplify very detailed logos.
🔸 Your logo’s background will be removed by default. It’s best to upload your design with a transparent background (PNG format) for best results.
🔸 High-resolution files are essential! Low-quality images (like screenshots or pixelated graphics) may not produce good results.
🔸 Need to make changes? Please email me via info@hoppitydesigns.co.uk within 1 hour of placing your order. After this, production begins and edits or cancellations may no longer be possible.
