Printing Disclaimer
I’m really looking forward to helping you perfect your brand presence! Before you checkout, there are just a few important things to know:
File Quality
Please upload the highest quality version of your logo or design, preferably 300dpi PDF or PNG. SVG files are great too if you have them. We print exactly what you provide, so low-resolution or low-quality files may result in blurry or pixelated prints
Colours & Finishes
Colors on screen may differ from printed colors due to monitor settings, printer differences, and finishes such as matte or glossy. Minor variations are normal.
If your design or logo is in RGB, please note that some RGB colors don’t exist in CMYK (the printing standard), which can cause unexpected color changes—beiges and creams often print more grey. For the best results, provide CMYK files if possible.
Sizes & Dimensions
All sizes are approximate. Slight variations may occur during cutting or production. Please ensure your designs include a 3–5mm bleed and avoid placing text too close to the edge, as it may be cut off.
Custom Orders & Refunds
Custom orders are non-refundable unless we have made a mistake. By placing an order, you accept that minor variations are normal.
Proofing
We do not provide proofs as standard unless we are designing a product for you (e.g., business cards, banners) and you have paid for the design service.
For generic products, non-customisable items, or allergen stickers where we are simply adding your logo and/or information, a proof will not be provided unless requested. Please request a proof in the order notes at checkout, as requests after checkout may be missed. Approving a proof confirms that your design is correct, so if you're uploading your own design files, the product will be printed exactly as provided.
Artwork & Copyright
By placing an order, you confirm that you have the rights to all artwork, logos and designs submitted. Hoppity Designs is not responsible for copyright claims.
Liability
It is your responsibility to ensure your products and packaging meet all regulations required in your industry. For example, allergen stickers must comply with relevant laws. We do our best to stay up to date, but compliance is ultimately your responsibility.
